Looking to resolve deep issues at the core of memory and experience in the felt embodied realm where memory reside? That is where we go.
Utilizing body centered mindfulness based modalities we go to internal felt experience and the root of experience imprints, where we witness, process and unload the old burdens, and make space for the new, in order to free up the psyche and spirit to live the way you want to live.
Humanistic Experiential modalities enhanced with the integrated use of mindful awareness and infused with Internal Family System Therapy, Sensormotor psychotherapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Brain Gym, Psych-K and yoga therapy.

Inge Mula is a Licensed Professional Counselor, psychotherapist and yoga teacher in full time private practice at 'The Zenter' in Carrollton, Georgia. She has a master's degree in psychology from University of West Georgia and a Ph.D equivavelent degree in psychology from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. Specializing in experiential body-mind-spirit integrative therapies, she is trained and certified in Hakomi therapy as a therapist and teacher, she is trained as a NLP practitioner, an EMDR practitioner, an Employee Assistance Professional, a yoga therapist, and as an Internal Family System therapist and assistant trainer, and she is a psychotherapist specializing in deep trauma. She does her counseling practice in-office as well as through Zoom, or Facetime. Inge also is Iyengar Yoga Certified and teaches classes in her yoga studio as well as virtually through ZOOM.

Inge Mula Myllerup Brookhuis
Inge Mula is an avid Iyengar Yoga student. She has studied and practiced Iyengar Yoga since 1993. She continuously explores new techniques and approaches to help her students improve their physical well-being, mental clarity, and inner peace. Known for her approachable teaching style and commitment to fostering a supportive environment, Inge inspires others to embrace the transformative power of yoga in their everyday lives.
Inge is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor who brings enthusiasm and expertise to her practice.
As a result of COVID and its aftermath, we have transitioned away from offering in-person classes. We provide one-on-one, in-person classes by appointment only.
At some point yoga classes will also be offered via Zoom. Depending on variables like participation. Students participating in Zoom classes will need space, a screen with a camera, and yoga props such as a mat, belt, bolster, and chair.
